Since its launch in 2001, Driver Power has become the UK’s most in-depth car satisfaction study, trusted by car buyers and manufacturers to reveal the truth behind car ownership. It covers every phase from shopping behaviour and buying satisfaction, to after-sales servicing, reliability and long-term vehicle satisfaction.

The study is run on a continuous basis and has now been completed by more than half a million UK car owners. It covers the entire cycle of car ownership, enabling traceable progression of owner satisfaction and attitudes over time as they buy, drive and change their vehicles.

Data outputs, collective insights, and verbatim comments received are made available to manufacturers and the wider automotive industry, providing them with a greater understanding of consumer trends and allowing them to make more informed decisions around their product developments, marketing efforts, and investments.
